Additional Information
The renter is responsible for all danages should the vehicle not be used in accordance with the Terms and Conditions of rental stated on the Rental Agreement Document regardless of the Excess applicable. No Frequent Flyer points are applicable on these rates. Rates are subject to change, at any time due to, but not limited to, government changes such as taxes, duty etc.
Additional Charges ONE DAY RENTAL MILEAGE SURCHARGE:
One day rentals have first 300kms free. There is a surcharge after this and payable directly. Multiple days have unlimited mileage.
DELIVERY & COLLECTION FEES:
Pick-up and drop-off at non-base location incurs additional delivery and collections fees.
FUEL
Vehicles are supplied with a Full Tank and must be returned Full. Where this does not occur a Refueling Fee of $30.00, plus the cost of top-up fuel will be charged for each vehicle rented.
EXCESS:
Excess is the maximum amount the renter is liable for in the event of loss or damage to the coastal vehicle or third party Property should the vehicle be used in accordance with the Terms and Conditions of the Rental Agreement and the Laws of Fiji.
FJD$3,000.00 Excess applies to car group 1 to 3
FJD$4,000.00 Excess applies to car groups 4 to 7
FJD$5,500.00 Excess applies to car groups 8 to 10
EXCESS REDUCTION:
Excess reduction reduces the customer’s responsibility to:
FJD$1500 for group 1 to 3 is available at FJD$30.00 per day.
FJD$2500 for group 4 to 7 is available at FJD$40.00 per day.
FJD$3500 for group 8 to 10 is available at FJD$50.00 per day.
Notes: Excess reduction is only available for 3 or more days rental.
BOND:
A Bond of FJD$500.00 is required for all vehicles. This bond is fully refundable, at the end of rental, should there not be any damages Incurred.
Bond is payable direct to coastal on the day of hire. Payment can be made with credit cards or Cash.
Child Policy
Baby Seats are available at additional charge.
Booking Policy
Booking needs to be made at least 24hours in advance.
Important Notes: Due to demand / prior bookings, the booking is to be regarded as for one of the available vehicles from a specific group, rather than a specific vehicle in that group.
Check in and Return time
Working hours are from 8am to 5pm. Airport deliveries and pickups are exception and rentals will be delivered as per the flight arrival and departure times.
Cancellation Policy
Booking cancelled within 48 hours to travel will incur FJD 30 per day for the dull period of booking.
Booking no shows will incur 100% of total booking value
Amendment
Amendment is based on availability and the reason for amendment.
